1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7c772 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7c772 website and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. 7c772 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use 7c772, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7c772 applies a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process, and accounts identified as belonging to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds held therein will be forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party, business entity or other organisation.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor or agent of 7c772, or an immediate family member of any such person, as defined by a household or close familial relationship.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or suspended from 7c772 or any other gambling platform in connection with problem gambling. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 7c772. Opening duplicate, multiple or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7c772 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and withhold any funds pending investigation.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 7c772 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address and payment method ownership. This may include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address issued within the previous three months, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

7c772 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.

• All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 7c772 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, alternative payment methods or payment methods in a name other than the registered account holder.
• 7c772 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges, currency conversion fees or other charges. These are outside the control of 7c772 and are the sole responsibility of the player.
• All withdrawals are subject to pending KYC verification. 7c772 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of identity or payment verification checks. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays when submitting a withdrawal request.
• 7c772 reserves the right to reverse, cancel or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage wagering, use of automated betting systems or any other activity that 7c772 reasonably determines to constitute a breach of these Terms.

Funds held in your 7c772 account do not earn interest. Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified at the time of account creation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 7c772 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. These promotion-specific terms (including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts) form part of these Terms and are equally binding. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail with respect to the promotion in question.

7c772 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not been claimed or activated within the promotional period will expire automatically and may not be reinstated. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit or any other consideration outside of the specific redemption mechanism described in the applicable promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protections

7c772 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour. These tools are available from within the account settings panel and include:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: receive an on-screen notification after a pre-set period of continuous play. Players may configure reminder intervals from their account settings.
• Time-out: temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or 3 months). During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, place bets or access any promotional content.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely suspend your account. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, re-registration during the self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms and any such account will be closed immediately upon identification.

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Content

All content available on the 7c772 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and the selection and arrangement of such content, is the property of 7c772 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the 7c772 platform without the prior written consent of 7c772. Unauthorised use of any content or intellectual property on this platform may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights of 7c772 or any third party. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform; engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing or any other form of cheating; exploiting software errors or technical faults to obtain an unfair advantage; providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification; using funds derived from illegal activity to fund a 7c772 account; attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute any legitimate transaction processed by 7c772 through your payment provider.

Where 7c772 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all affected wagers, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold all funds pending investigation and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities. 7c772 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions where such cooperation is legally required or appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7c772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, even if 7c772 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 7c772 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages and factors outside the control of 7c772 (including internet connectivity issues, mobile network performance and device compatibility) may affect platform availability.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during live betting or an in-progress game that materially affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, 7c772 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This is the sole remedy available to players in such circumstances and constitutes the limit of 7c772's liability arising from any technical failure.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
• The aggregate liability of 7c772 to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last revision, will always be available on this page. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law.
